Options
help clients decide how large a job to undertake, and decide which
details seem of good value.
Costs are
often inter-related.
Things can be cheaper while crews are already
on site,
for example, extra concrete for another patio.
Other things are
not much cheaper at all, and could be done later for about
the same price,
for example, cedar fencing.
The base price can be set as
the smallest project clients would undertake.
Then, we price a "laundry list" of other ideas :

" How much to upgrade that to ____ "
