  • Built new homes for David Weekley Homes prior to 1984
  • Mechanical Engineering & MBA degrees from M.I.T.
  • Award-winning leader in Houston's remodeling industry

  • Writes detailed proposals, one of GSG's primary strengths
  • Sets budgets for detailed proposals
  • Also prepares early-stage preliminary estimates, and invoices during construction
Steve Caldwell

  • Active in construction supervision & estimating over 23 years

  • Native Texan.     Operated own remodeling firm for 8 years.

  • Handle jobsite supervision: hire & schedule subcontractors
  • Maintain daily Client contact during construction
  • Control quality delivery on assigned projects
Doug Anderson
VP -- Construction Manager
  • Experienced in business and project management since 1978
  • BS Marketing -- University of Florida College of Business Administration
  • Personally builds custom cabinetry & holds several aviation licenses
John Craig
VP -- Construction Manager
  • Active in construction and real estate since 1985
  • BS Construction Science -- Texas A & M University
  • Native Houstonian.     Operated own remodeling firm for 8 years.
Don Bernshausen

  • Supervised residential construction in Houston for over 14 years,
         including 4 years building David Weekley's Custom Classics homes
  • BA Liberal Arts -- Rice University
